* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Beatrice Keiber
Former St. Marys resident Beatrice Keiber, 86, died March 3, 2008, at Roselawn Manor Nursing Home, Spencerville.
She was born Sept. 9, 1921, in St. Marys to Lewis and Clara Moore Frey. On Sept. 25, 1940, she married Emerson C. Bilger, who was killed in World War II. On Dec. 7, 1946, she married Vernon Keiber, who died Jan. 8, 1999.
Surviving are two sons, Ron (Doris), Rock Hill, S.C., and Kenneth (Janet), Lima; three daughters, Patricia (Dale) Paul, New Knoxville, Sharmon (Ron) Hall, Berne, Ind., and Susan Keyes, Decatur, Ind.; two brothers, Charles Frey, St. Marys, and John Frey, El Paso, Texas; 17 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, four stepgreat-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Woodrow and Leroy Frey; and a sister, Mary Anderson.
She was a homemaker. A 1939 graduate of Memorial High School, St. Marys, she attended St. Paul's United Church of Christ, St. Marys.
Services are 11 a.m. Monday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Steve Wills officiating. Burial is at Resthaven Memory Gardens near Moulton.
Calling is 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
