Michael Fields
Michael K. "Mike" Fields, 47, of Ansonia, died March 10, 2008, at his residence. Death was due to Lou Gehrig's Disease.
He was born in Greenville, to Robert and Mary Hair Fields, who survive. On April 9, 1994, he married Ann L. Austerman, who also survives.
Other survivors are a son, James; a daughter, Laura, both at home; two brothers, Rex (Shelly), Union City, Ind., and Jon (Wanda), New Weston; and a grandmother, Virginia Hair, Greenville.
Deceased are grandparents, James Hair and Elmer and Ruth Fields.
He was a farmer and a 1978 graduate of Ansonia High School.
Services are 2 p.m. Friday at the Bible Fellowship Church, Greenville, the Revs. Robb Kensinger and Chris Cobb officiating. Burial will be in the Old Teegarden Cemetery near Ansonia.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Thursday at the Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home in Greenville.
