* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

James Fischer
James H. Fischer, 65, 3601 state Route 703, Lot 2, Celina, died at 2:05 p.m. March 7, 2008 at Lima Memorial Hospital.
He was born July 14, 1942, in Dayton, to Charles R. and Margaret Clegg Fischer. On June 3, 1976, he married Barbara Carey Jenkins, who survives.
Other survivors area two stepsons, Tim (Linda) Carey, Celina, and Rick (Diane) Carey, Dale City, Va.; three stepdaughters, Tina (Ronald) Smith, Celina, Vicki (Mike) Phillips, Greenville, and Julie (Jim) McDonald, Troy, Mich.; two brothers, Kenneth, Celina, and Robert, Fairborn; four sisters, Patricia Dilworth, Huber Heights, Mary Troilo of Florida, Carol (Virgil) Downing, Kettering, and Linda (Mike) Wallace, Celina; and 34 stepgrandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers Charles L. and Louis.
He retired after 35 years from Carter Lumber, Celina. He was a graduate of Kiser High School, Dayton.
Services are 4 p.m. Friday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina. Burial is at Live Oak Cemetery, Wabash, at a later date.
Calling is 2-4 Friday at the funeral home.
