Richard Busch of Celina tops off the tank of his pickup truck at the Clark gas station in Celina. The price per gallon at Clark was $3.39, the overall average of many gas stations in the Grand Lake area this morning. Oil prices reached an all-time high of $110 per barrel during trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange on Wednesday.
