* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Don Fisher
Don Stephen Fisher, 60, of Rockford, died at 3:30 a.m. March 23, 2008, at his residence. Death was due to leukemia.
He was born Oct. 4, 1947, in Celina, to Carl J. and Ruth E. Weisman Fisher. On April 6, 1974, he married Jacqueline Breese, who survives.
Other survivors are a son, Brian A., Rockford; a daughter, Andrea L., Big Rapids, Mich.; and a brother, Gary (Jane), Rockford.
He retired from Greif Brothers in Van Wert and had served in the Air National Guard in Fort Wayne, Ind. He was a member of the Rockford United Methodist Church and the Dublin Township Zoning Board.  
Services are 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Mike Berne officiating. Burial is at Riverside Cemetery, Rockford, with military rites conducted by the Rockford American Legion.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, and one hour prior to services Wednesday at the church.
Contributions can be made to The Cancer Association of Mercer County or the Don S. Fisher Scholarship Fund for graduating Parkway High School seniors.
