* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Arthur Smith
Arthur E. Smith Jr., 58, of 8548 Howard Drive, Celina, died at 3:15 p.m. March 28, 2008, at his residence near Grand Lake. Death was due to cancer.
He was born July 26, 1949, in Johnstown, Pa., to Arthur E. and Dorothy June Adams Smith Sr. On June 6, 1987, he married Dolora "Dorie" L. Brown, who survives.
Other survivors are a son, Carl Atkinson, Dayton; a daughter, Jeanette (Brian) Brun, Kokomo, Ind.; two sisters, Sandy (Bill) Gall and Judy (Al) Ashcom, all of Johnstown, Pa.; and three grandchildren.
He was a truck driver and worked at Rising Sun Express in Jackson Center, Pax Steel Products, Coldwater, and Plating Technologies, Dayton. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, having served in Viet Nam, and was a member of the American Legion, Celina, and the Veterans of Foreign Wars, St. Marys.
Services are 10 a.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Bill Maki officiating. Burial, with graveside military rites, will be 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at Forest Hills Cemetery near Tipp City.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday.
