* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon through Tuesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events, particularly for those working or participating in outdoor activities.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Consecutive days of excessive heat and humidity can be especially hazardous as warm overnight temperatures will provide little relief. The heat may continue into Wednesday.

MINSTER - Another festival is brewing on the horizon after Minster Civic Association representatives received the official go-ahead to host a beer-tasting event featuring 75 different varieties on tap.
"Bock to Rock" will take place May 31 from 4 to 11 p.m. at Four Seasons Park with organizers intending the first-time event to become an annual festival. [More]

For the second straight day to start the spring sports season, the first inning was not a good one for the Celina Bulldogs baseball team.
Marion Local took advantage of a two-out error that allowed two runs to score and then added a third in the first frame to take a 3-0 lead - the second time in as many games the Bulldogs allowed three runs in the first inning. [More]
