* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 104 possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon through Tuesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events, particularly for those working or participating in outdoor activities.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Consecutive days of excessive heat and humidity combined with very warm low temperatures can be especially hazardous as the overnight hours provide little relief from the heat. The heat may continue into Wednesday.

Rev. Raymond Pax
Rev. Raymond L. Pax, MCCJ, 70, Nyamlell, Sudan, Africa, died March 31, 2008, at the Catholic Mission in Nyamlell.
He was born June 23, 1937, in Celina to Oscar and Cordula Post Pax.
Surviving are seven brothers, Rev. Ulric, St. Michaels in Arizona, Francis (Joan), Coldwater, John, Camden, Rev. Bart, New Orleans, La., Mark (Pat), Versailles, David (Marilyn), Celina, and Marvin (JoAnn), Jacksonville, Fla.; and a sister-in-law, Thelma, Celina.
Deceased is a brother, Thomas.
He was a member of the Comboni Missionaries and was ordained to the priesthood on May 23, 1965. He served on the Pala Indian Reservation and at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish in California and St. Henry Parish, Cincinnati. In December 1970 he began his missionary work in Africa, serving a total of 35-plus years. He served in Uganda, Kenya and Sudan.
Burial was April 1, 2008, at St. Theresa Cemetery, Nyamlell Mission, Sudan, Africa.
A memorial Mass will be held at a later date.
