Light snow is expected to develop across the area after midnight, shifting to the southeast through the predawn hours. This band of light snow will affect the region by the Thursday morning commute, eventually pushing south of the area by mid- morning.
Minor snow accumulations of less than an inch are expected, but cold ground conditions will allow for quick accumulation on any untreated surfaces. The main impacts are expected to be reduced visibilities and some slick spots on untreated surfaces.
Motorists should exercise caution. Plan extra time for the Thursday morning commute.

Lynn Jackson
Lynn Jackson, 65, 1100 Myers Road, Celina, died April 11, 2008, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born Sept 1, 1942, in Celina to Kenny and Leafa Culver Jackson.
She is survived by a sister-in-law, Pat Sorrells, Coldwater; two godchildren, Tyler and Britney Ross, Celina; and her close companion, Kim Ross, Celina.
A 1960 graduate of Celina High School, she retired from Mersman Furniture Company. She also worked as a floor secretary at Mercer County Community Hopital Coldwater and Joint Township Ditrict Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church, Celina.
Memorial service is 10:30 a.m. Sunday at the church, 5360 Fairground Road, Celina, the Rev. Tony Richmond officiating. Burial will follow at a later date.
