* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Bernice Duncan
Bernice V. Duncan, 81, 1708 Winston Drive, St. Marys, died 7:30 a.m. April 12, 2008, at the Golden Living Center-Valley, St. Marys.
She was born July 24, 1926, in Ringstead, Iowa, to Carl and Anna Skoll Jorgensen. On Nov. 24, 1951, she married Dale R. Duncan, who died Dec. 26, 1978.
Surviving are two sons, Douglas (Kathy), St. Marys and Mark (Shirley), Geneva, Ind.; two daughters, Aileen Duncan, and Barbara (Dane) Gilmore, all of St. Marys; 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Jerry Jorgensen; and a granddaughter.
She retired as a clerk from the former G. C. Murphy Company, St. Marys.
She was a member of the St. Paul's United Church of Christ, the Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary, Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary and Hawthorne Chapter Order of Eastern Star, all in St. Marys. She was a graduate of the Ringstead High School.
Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Revs. Jim Sweigart and Michael Spaulding officiating. Burial is at the Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
