* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Borger
Mary Rita Borger, 86, a resident at the Gardens at St. Henry, died at 8:30 p.m. April 24, 2008, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born Aug. 24, 1921, in Coldwater, to Henry and Mary Buschor Kaup. On June 14, 1947, she married Robert J. Borger, who died May 29, 2007.
Surviving are three sons, Bill (Mary), Vandalia, Dave, St. Henry, and the Very Rev. Marvin, Perrysburg; a daughter, Patricia, Cincinnati; a daughter-in-law, Dorothy, St. Henry; a brother, Jerome (Mary Margaret) Kaup, Coldwater; two sisters-in-law, Betty Kaup, Coldwater, and Mary Kaup, St. Marys; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, James; two brothers, Urban and Sylvester Kaup; a sister, Monica Gross; and a brother-in-law, Gregory Gross.
She was a homemaker and had worked at Dayton Power & Light Company, Coldwater. She was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church and its Daughters of Isabella and Ladies Altar Rosary Sodality, and the American Legion Auxiliary, also of St. Henry.
Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Monday at the church, the Very Rev. Marvin Borger officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Sunday and 9-10:30 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
