A new assisted living facility patterned after Elmwood of Fremont, shown above, will be built in New Bremen in the next year or so. Built in two phases, the $8 million project will occupy a 12-acre tract at the southwest corner of Amsterdam Road and Walnut Street at the south edge of the community.
