At 819 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Spencerville In Allen County, moving east at 30 mph.

SOURCE...Weather spotters reported a funnel cloud.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.
Locations impacted include... Fort Shawnee, Cridersville, and Kossuth.
This includes I-75 in Ohio near mile marker 118.

Some area motorists believe gas prices are out of control and out of their budget and they've begun to drive less. As the economy weakens, local residents say they're being financially squeezed and are finding ways to fight back.
