* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Ohio, including the following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Agnes Schulte
Agnes P. Schulte, 91, 2869 Mercer Auglaize County Line Road, New Bremen, died at 3:32 a.m. May 8, 2008, at Heritage Manor Nursing Center of Minster.
She was born Jan. 9, 1917, in St. Rose to Joseph and Mary Niemeyer Homan. On June 11, 1941, she married Clem Schulte, who died Aug. 4, 1983.
Surviving are three sons, Marvin and Gerald (Christa), all of Chickasaw, and Kenneth (Sharon), St. Sebastian; three daughters, Rita (Walter) Heitkamp, Minster, Mary Agnes (Patrick) Cogan, Glynwood, and Jane (William) Moore, New Bremen; 18 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are five brothers, Aloys, Victor, Silverius, Anthony and Andrew Homan; and three sisters, Celia Kremer, Marie Kremer and infant Stella Homan; and a first cousin, Edwin Elking, who was raised by the Homan family.
She was a homemaker and farmed with her husband. She was a member of the Precious Blood Catholic Church, Chickasaw, and its Rosary Altar Sodality and the Caring Ministry of the church.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Harry Cavanaugh officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
Calling is 1-7 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
Contributions can be made to the State of the Heart Hospice or the Cancer Association of Auglaize County.
