* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

St. Henry's Patrick Reichert, left, and New Bremen's Bryce Bergman, shown here running the 100 hurdles during a meet from earlier this season, both had strong starts to the district track meet in Minster on Thursday.
