* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

The franchise is expected to open for business by mid-June, officials say. The unusual eatery, based in Oklahoma City, Okla., features drive-through or car-hop service with curbside speakers where customers place orders.
