* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dorothy Leffers
Dorothy H. Leffers, 87, of Delphos, died at 12:25 p.m. June 2, 2008, at Vancrest Healthcare Center of Delphos.
She was born Dec. 31, 1920, in Fort Wayne, Ind., to Ambrose and Vallie Birge Haley. On Oct. 2, 1943, she married Clem J. "Whitey" Leffers, who died Feb. 1, 1993.
She was a homemaker and a member of the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Delphos.
Survivors are two sons, David (Maggie), Delphos, and Greg, Phoenix, Ariz.; four daughters, Marilyn (Jerry) Streets, Phoenix, Mary Jo (Ken) Kill and Shirley (Stan) Mueller, all of Delphos, and Nancy (Rick) Fleming, Celina; 15 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Theresa Grothouse; a brother, Ambrose Haley Jr.; two sisters, Norma Grabner and Mary Lou Franks; and a grandchild.
Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Melvin Verhoff officiating. A private family burial of the cremains will be held at a later date.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday at Harter and Schier Funeral Home, Delphos, where a prayer service will be held at 7:30 p.m.
Contributions can be made to the Delphos and Van Wert Hospice, the Delphos Public Library, or the Van Wert County Council on Aging.
