* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Agnes Quinter
Agnes M. Quinter, 92, 2215 Eiting Road, Minster, died at 7:20 p.m. June 3, 2008, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Minster, where she had resided for the past six months.
She was born June 7, 1915, in Fort Loramie to Frederick and Mary Sommer Sanders. On June 28, 1941, she married Rudolph J. Quinter, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Rudy (Becky) and Dr. Paul (Carol), all of Minster; a daughter, Rosemary (George) Wiss, Minster; a sister, Leona Mescher, Minster; 15 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Joseph; four brothers and their wives, Henry and Emma, Theodore and Helen, Lawrence and Bernadette and Joseph and Ann Sanders; and a brother-in-law, Albert Mescher.
She was a homemaker and worked on the family farm with her husband. She was a member of the St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, and the Knights of St. John Auxiliary, Fort Loramie.
Funeral Mass is 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Friday and 8:30-9:30 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
