* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Klenke
Robert R. Klenke, 72, of Cincinnati, and formerly of Piqua and Celina, died at 5:56 p.m. June 19, 2008.
He was born Feb. 12, 1936, in Portland, Ind., to Norbert and Victoria Thobe Klenke. On June 27, 1959, he married Barbara June Leeper, who survives in Springboro.
Other survivors are a son, Rob, Dayton; three daughters, Michelle (Tim) Galvin, Cincinnati, Rachelle (Todd) Ward, West Chester, and Janae (Matt) Curtis, Mason; three brothers, Bill (Frannie) and Elmer (Mary Lou), all of Coldwater, and Ivo (Ginny), Lima; five sisters, Mildred (Urban) Knapke, Esther (Dan) Goettemoeller, all of Maria Stein, Delores (Marvin) Muhlenkamp, Bryant, Ind., Ann (Paul) Tobe, Coldwater, and Pat (Joe) Brockman, Portland, Ind.; and six grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother Donald and a sister, Mary Lou Ranly.
He worked as a company distributor for Rexair Company for 48 years. He was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church, the Knights of Columbus and the Benevolent Order of Elks Lodge, all in Piqua and the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge, Celina. He served in the U.S. Army.
Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Thursday, at the church, the Revs. Angelo C. Caserta and Anthony Cutcher officiating. Private burial is at Rose Hill Cemetery, Mason.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home, Piqua, where a prayer service will be conducted at 1:45 p.m.
