Fort Recovery offers food and festival fun

Kyle Noggler, 18, of Fort Recovery, shoves several hotdogs in his mouth - with water on standby - during a hotdog eating contest at the Fort Recovery Jubilee on Friday night. The winner of the adult event was Time Steele, 36, of Mendon, who was the first contestant to eat 15 hotdogs.
