* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Charles Huff
Charles J. Huff, 70, of 805 Lake Ave., St. Marys, died at 3:15 p.m. July 27, 2008, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born Jan. 31, 1938, in Floyd County, Ky., to Claude and Maggie Banks Huff. His mother survives in St. Marys. On June 1, 1959, he married Betty Koverman, who survives at the residence.
Other survivors are a son, Gary (Teresa), St. Marys; a daughter, Gail Dorsten, St. Marys; three brothers, Harold "Pete" (Julia) and Harvey, all of St. Marys, and Rev. Eugene (Ruth), Grand Rapids, Mich.; a sister, Anna Drummond, St. Marys; and three grandchildren.
He retired from Trim Trends Co. in Spencerville and was a member of the First Wesleyan Church, St. Marys.
Services are noon Thursday at the Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Revs. Eugene Huff and Ron Lampert officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
