* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Memorial High School senior Abby Spencer was crowned 2008 SummerFest Queen at Monday night's pageant. She is the daughter of Richard and Susan Spencer (pictured). First runner-up was Jenna Vogan, and second runner-up was Ashley Bubp. Selected Miss Congeniality was Andrea Helmstetter. Spencer also received recognition for the best personal interview, and the People's Choice award went to Bubp. SummerFest runs Friday through Sunday in downtown Memorial Park.
