* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties, in west central Ohio, Auglaize, Darke, Mercer and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 356 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Fort Loramie, New Bremen, Minster, Newport, New Knoxville, Russia, Osgood, Willowdell, Chickasaw, Kettlersville, Yorkshire, Lake Loramie State Park, Egypt, Maria Stein, Mccartyville and Houston.

Margaret Rosengarten
Margaret "Peg" E. Rosengarten, 95, of Celina, died at 11:50 a.m. Aug. 12, 2008, at the Gardens at Celina.
She was born Dec. 21, 1912, in Celina, to Frank X. and Gertrude Funk Fischer.
Surviving are a son, Ronald, Celina; a daughter, Shirley (Fred) Haines, Celina; a son-in-law, Tom Clay, Mendon; nine grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Marcia Clay; five brothers, Frank, Joe, Carl, Cy and Bill Fischer; and three sisters, Sis Tenhundfeld, Gert Mueller and Rita Wise.
She was retired from Reynolds and Reynolds, a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, and a graduate of the former Immaculate Conception High School, all in Celina.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Saturday at the church. Burial is at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina.
