* WHERE...In Indiana, Wayne County. In Ohio, Auglaize, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...From 6 AM to noon EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...While temperatures are expected to be in the upper single digits (above zero), a northwest wind at 10-15 mph will make temperatures feel as if they are colder than 10 below zero.

Vera Frasure
Vera Lee Frasure, 80, of 02888 Arnold Road, St. Marys, died at 1:54 p.m. Aug. 28, 2008, at St. Marys Living Center.
She was born Aug. 14, 1928, in Wapakoneta, to Leo and Ruby Bonifield Engel. On Nov. 11, 1949, she married Bill Frasure, who died Dec. 27, 2001.
Survivors are two stepdaughters, Billie (Vaughn) Engle, Celina, and Jo (Jay) Hammond, Portage, Mich.; nine stepgrandchildren, nine stepgreat-grandchildren and a stepgreat-great-grandson.
She retired after 35 years from the former Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, St. Marys. She also raised and bred pure blood Arabian horses.
Private family burial will be held at Elm Grove Cemetery.
Contributions can be made to the Auglaize County Humane Society.
