Area firefighters practice rescuing a dummy from beneath an overturned tractor during a Mercer County Fire Association training session held Sunday in Osgood. The event, hosted by Osgood Fire Department, also included training related to auto extrication, pump techniques and farm accidents. The firefighters also burned an abandoned house on Spencer Road as part of the exercises. Three certified training officers from the Greenville Fire Department served as instructors.
