Rows of RVs and cars are lined up this morning at the Mercer County Fairgrounds in Celina, the site of the fifth annual Eastern Gypsy Gathering, a four-day event for RV enthusiasts that started Monday and ends Friday. About 130 RVs and almost 300 people are attending, said organizer Nick Russell.
