* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 421 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with numerous roads remaining closed due to high water. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Cleo A. Willmann
Cleo A. Willmann, 84, 3690 state Route 49, Fort Recovery, died at 8:30 p.m. Sept. 19, 2008, at Heritage Manor Nursing Center, Minster.
She was born April 4, 1924, to Edward and Elva Jones Willmann.
Survivors are a daughter, Nancy (Pat) McGovern, Sidney; a sister Ruth Huelsman, Urbana; two brothers, Harold (Ruth), Fort Recovery, and Bill Willmann, St. Marys; a sister-in-law, Joyce Willmann, Newark; one grandchild; five great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and two stepgrandchildren.
She was preceded in death by son-in-law Thomas Brubaker; three brothers, Marvin, Robert and Harry; a sister, June Regedanz; and one grandchild.
She retired from CTS, Berne, Ind., and was employed at Fort Recovery Industries. She was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary and the Order of Eastern Star, both of Fort Recovery. She attended the Church of the Nazarene, Fort Recovery.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, the Rev. Dennis Kelley officiating. Burial is at Greenmound Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Monday and after 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Contributions may be made to the Cancer Association of Mercer County.
