* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Periods of light snow can be expected tonight with some scattered snow showers then lingering into Monday morning. Snow totals of around an inch or less will be possible. Increasing winds later tonight and Monday morning will support blowing snow, primarily in rural areas.
Challenging travel conditions will be possible starting tonight and continuing through the day on Monday. Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

Cecilia Bayham
Cecilia "Ceal" Bayham, 83, 04370 Poppe Road, St. Marys, died at 8:05 p.m. Oct. 3, 2008, at her residence.
She was born March 3, 1925, in Dayton, to Alexander and Marianna Sikiewicz Bochenek.
On Jan. 5, 1946, she married Robert Bayham, who survives at the residence.
Other survivors are 13 children, Edward (Beverly), Ladue, Mo.; Cynthia (Bill) Newlin, Kettering; Dennis, Dayton; Sandra (Bill) Evanoff, Zionsville, Ind.; Marilyn (Bill) Stewart, Fairborn; Andrew (Amee), Louisville; Cecilia Pechler, Margie (Doug) Whitling and Paul (Annette), all of St. Marys; Loretta (Subhash) Verma, Mason; Raymond (Helen), Ypsilanti, Mich.; Teresa Young, Parkton, Md.; and Robert (Tammy), O'Fallon, Ill.; a brother, Francis Bochenek, Troy; two sisters Phyllis Palmer and Florentine Brzozowski, Dayton; half siblings, Frank Slavik, Dorothy Reid, Vicki Graf, Alice Pavey and Linda Myers; 38 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Patrick; five sisters, Sophia Plummer, Josephine Ivory, Elizabeth and Veronica Bochenek and Mary Louise August; and three brothers, Henry, Adolph and Ralph Bochenek.
She worked assembling machine guns in Dayton during World War II, was a messenger at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, had done private duty care for the elderly and worked at Kuck's Turkey Farm, New Knoxville.     She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church and its altar-rosary sodality, St. Marys, the American Legion Auxiliary in New Knoxville, Gold Star Mothers, Twigs at Children's Medical Center Dayton and the Auglaize County Historical Society.
Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Anthony Cutcher offciating. Burial is at Calvary Cemetery, Dayton.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Thursday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys.
