* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From late Sunday night through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia are likely if exposed to these temperatures. An extended period of subfreezing temperatures could cause ruptured water pipes.
