* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary French
Mary E. French, 81, 612 Fairview Drive, Coldwater, died at 2:32 p.m. Oct. 14, 2008, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born Dec. 2, 1926, in Rockford, to Charles and Trecia Alexander Donovan.
Surviving are a son, Gary (Karen) French, Mendon; two daughters, Linda French, Coldwater, and Connie (Tom) Bickar, Celina; two sisters, Ruth Chaney, Columbus, and Marie Howell, Celina; five grandchildren and five great-grandchldren.
Deceased are six brothers, Floyd, Charles Jr., Clarence, Ralph, Paul and Dale; and two sisters, Carrie Britton and Dorothy Rutter.
She retired from the former Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, St. Marys, and was a former member of the First Baptist Church, Celina.
Services are 10 a.m. Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater, the Rev. Allan Brown officiating.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday and after 9 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
