* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Jean Green
Jean Green, 90, 808 Pro Drive, Celina, died at 1:20 p.m. Oct. 10, 2008, at Briarwood Manor Nursing Home, Coldwater.
She was born Oct. 1, 1918, in Elwood, Ind., to Charles A. and Effie May Gray Cummins.
There are no survivors.
Deceased is a sister, Lois Charlene Cummins.
She worked as a bank teller and was a former member of Grace Baptist Temple, Indianapolis, and a seventh degree member of The National Grange, Washington, D.C.
Services are 1 p.m. Friday at Macedon Cemetery, Coldwater, the Rev. Roy Hall officiating.
There are no calling hours.
