* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Periods of light snow can be expected tonight with some scattered snow showers then lingering into Monday morning. Snow totals of around an inch or less will be possible. Increasing winds later tonight and Monday morning will support blowing snow, primarily in rural areas.
Challenging travel conditions will be possible starting tonight and continuing through the day on Monday. Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

Charlene Bubp
Charlene A. Bubp, 67, 1712 Union City Road, Fort Recovery, died 12:42 p.m. Oct. 17, 2008, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born Nov. 8, 1940, in Fort Recovery to Charles and Hazel McLaughlin Wortz. On Nov. 23, 1961, she married James Bubp, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Bradley (Maria), Piqua, and Brian (Melinda), Fort Recovery; a sister, Carolyn Smith, Fort Recovery; and five grandchildren.
She retired as assistant treasurer at Fort Recovery schools. She was a 1958 graduate of Fort Recovery High School and attended Defiance College. She was a member of Psi-Iota-Xi Sorority, Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church and its Altar Sodality, all of Fort Recovery.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Dorn officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Monday and 9-10 a.m. Tuesday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
