* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Periods of light snow can be expected tonight with some scattered snow showers then lingering into Monday morning. Snow totals of around an inch or less will be possible. Increasing winds later tonight and Monday morning will support blowing snow, primarily in rural areas.
Challenging travel conditions will be possible starting tonight and continuing through the day on Monday. Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

Robert Lord
Robert O. "Sobby" Lord, 86, 209 N. 17th St., Decatur, Ind., died at 9:15 a.m. Oct. 18, 2008, at Chalet Village, Berne, Ind.
He was born May 12, 1922, in Adams County, Ind., to Solomon O. and Marie Lichtenstiger Lord. On Sept. 27, 1942, he married Norma Tumbleson, who died March 13, 1987.
Surviving are two daughters, Janet S. (Dennis) Kever, Van Wert, and Becky J. Bayles, Celina; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Kathryn Marie; and a brother, Paul.
He retired from General Electric Company, Decatur, after 42 years service. He was a member of Zion United Church of Christ, Masonic and Scottish Rite Valley, all in Fort Wayne, Ind., the Loyal Order of Moose, Decatur, and G.E. Quarter Century Club.
Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at Haggard & Sefton Funeral Home, Decatur, the Rev. Randy Rossman officiating. Burial is at Decatur Cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday with Masonic Services at 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
