Light snow is expected to develop across the area after midnight, shifting to the southeast through the predawn hours. This band of light snow will affect the region by the Thursday morning commute, eventually pushing south of the area by mid- morning.
Minor snow accumulations of less than an inch are expected, but cold ground conditions will allow for quick accumulation on any untreated surfaces. The main impacts are expected to be reduced visibilities and some slick spots on untreated surfaces.
Motorists should exercise caution. Plan extra time for the Thursday morning commute.

Ruth Huelsman
Former Celina resident Ruth L. Huelsman, 87, Urbana, died Oct. 23, 2008, at McAuley Center, Urbana.
She was born Nov. 15, 1920, in Fort Recovery, to Ed and Elva Jones Willmann. On Sept. 28, 1940, she married Cy Huelsman, who died Nov. 16, 1982.
Surviving are a son, Robert (Alice), Urbana; two brothers, Harold (Ruth) Willmann, Fort Recovery, and Bill Willmann, St. Marys; seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two sisters and three brothers.
She was retired from the former Huffy Bicycle Co., Celina. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, and the Fort Recovery VFW Auxiliary.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Brenberger officiating. Burial is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
