* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Ice puts jacket on Grand Lake branches

Ice hangs on the shoreline of Grand Lake near Windy Point in Montezuma this morning. Local weather forecaster Dennis Howick predicts partly cloudy skies today and Saturday with a high of 35 degrees both days.
