* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...Through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain are possible Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall may produce 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

A local agency that helps people of all ages with disabilities has received the highest accreditation possible from the state.
The Mercer County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities (MR/DD) recently netted a five-year accreditation from the Ohio MR/DD department for overall excellence in operations. The local agency will not undergo an accreditation again for another five years. [More]

A Celina man sustained minor injuries Saturday afternoon when fire spread through his home at the Westside Mobile Home Court.
Jim Wasson, a resident of 751 Deford St., Lot 151, was taken by ambulance to Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater, where he was treated then released.
Parkway school district residents will vote on a 1.2-mill bond levy at a special election Feb. 3 that would bring in $17.9 million for a construction project at Vantage Career Center, Van Wert.

The Celina wrestling team came up big on Satuday, winning the Indian Lake Invitational. The MatDogs bested nine other teams with 288 points, 60 more than runner-up Tecumseh. St. Marys finished a point ahead of the host Lakers in fourth place.
