* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

A construction worker reaches for the next piece of the new Multi-Agency Radio Communications System (MARCS) radio tower being constructioned by the state east of Celina just off Dibble Road on Friday, in spite of freezing temperatures. The tower will be used for radio transmissions by the Mercer County Sheriff's Department.
