* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Juanita Cress
Juanita D. Cress, 83, of Van Wert, died at 10:30 p.m. Feb. 16, 2009, at Vancrest Health Care Center, Van Wert.
She was born July 19, 1925, in Streator, Ill., to Ralph and Evangeline Grey Hoobler. Her husband, the Rev. Delbert E. Cress, died in 1999.
Surviving are two sons, Ron (Ruth), Noblesville, Ind., and Jim (Bonnie), Bowling Green; a brother, Dean (Joyce) Hoobler, Rockford, Ill.; a sister, Terry (Tony) Podkanowicz, Streator, Ill.; and five grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, Daniel E.
She was a high school math teacher for 30 years, with the majority of her time spent at the Parkway Local School District, Rockford. She was a pastor's wife who served in Celina, St. Marys, Grover Hill, Republic, Willshire, Oregon and Cridersville. She was a member of the Ohio Retired Teacher's Association, The Van Wert and National Daughters of American Revolution, Twig II and volunteered for the Red Cross at the Van Wert County Hospital.
Services were today at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory, Van Wert, the Rev. Tim Burden officiated. Burial was at IOOF Cemetery, Convoy.
