* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dorothy Bergman
Dorothy M. Bergman, 85, of McCartyville, died at 3:10 a.m. Feb. 26, 2009, at Dorothy Love Retirement Community, Sidney.
She was born Dec. 4, 1923, in St. Patrick, to Frank and Appolonia Mader Bensman. On Nov. 7, 1945, she married Cletus L. Bergman, who died Aug. 20, 1988.
Surviving are four daughters, Carolyn and Patricia, both of Sidney, Teresa McElfresh, Jackson Center, and Donna Baker, Tipp City; two sons Richard (JoAnn), New Bremen, and Thomas (Kimberly), Sidney; a brother, Jerome Siegrist, Sidney; six grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two sisters, Mary Ann Baumer and her twin, Delores Stepp; and two brothers, Werner and Arthur Bensman.
She worked at Stolle Corporation and the former Dunson Supply Company, both in Sidney. She was valedictorian of her 1941 graduating class at Fort Loramie High School and was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, McCartyville, and its Altar Rosary Sodality.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 3-7 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
