* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Third-grader Rebekah McMurray interviews the seal she created from a grocery sack for a research project on endangered species in Joni Ahlers' class at West Elementary School in St. Marys on Wednesday. "What do you eat and where do you live? How long can you be out of the water," she inquired of the smiling brown-bag mammal.
