* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Shamrock shake-up in St. Henry

Groups of children hand out gobs of candy to onlookers in the third annual St. Patrick's Day parade in St. Henry on Sunday afternoon. The "luck of the Irish" brought a warm, sunny day and big crowds to the morning 5K run, the parade and the official Irish Fest at the American Legion hall.
