* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dorothy Ellis
Dorothy M. Ellis, 80, 7078 state Route 118, Celina, died at 2:15 a.m. April 5, 2009, at Dayton Heart Hospital.
She was born May 22, 1928, in Coldwater to Edward and Edith Schoen Fox. On Feb. 4, 1948, she married Roger Lee Ellis, who died Jan. 19, 2008.
Surviving are five daughters, Peg (Larry) Link, New Bremen, Sherry (Bob) Lauber, St. Henry, Barb (Dave) Brockman, North Star, Sandy (Steve) Weitzel, Burkettsville, Lynda (Tim) Griesdorn, Coldwater; a brother, John (Edna) Fox, St. Henry; three half brothers, Paul (Cathy) Fox, Westerville, Ed (Linda) Fox, Van Wert, Bill (Sally) Fox, Coldwater; two half sisters, Mary Ann Fickert, Celina, and Virginia (Don) Baucher, Coldwater; 14 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three sisters, Margaret Fox, Sister Rosemary Fox and Rita Nartker.
She retired from Hemmelgarn and Sons, Philothea, and was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and its St. Ann's ladies sodality, Celina, and graduated from Coldwater High School.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Burial is at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina.
