* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Dorothy Frazier
Dorothy E. Frazier, 71, 117 Broadway St., Fort Recovery, died at 10:40 p.m. April 11, 2009, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born Dec. 20, 1937, in Union City, Ind., to Herbert and Arlean Cox Wisner. On Feb. 4, 1956, she married Robert Frazier, who survives.
Others survivors are three daughters, Deb (Steve) Fiely, Fort Recovery, Brenda (Bob) Kaup, Fort Recovery, and Kathy (Randy) Wendel, Fort Recovery; a brother, Richard (Patty) Wisner, Union City, Ohio; four sisters, Emogene (Bob) Sanders, Pickford, Mich., Sally (Don) Hampshire, Versailles, Mary Frazier, Hilliard, and Martha Jane (Larry) Young, New Weston; a sister-in-law, Phyllis Wisner, Union City, Ohio; a mother-in-law, Florence Reichard, Richmond, Ind.; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Robert Wisner.
She graduated from the former Jackson High School, Union City, Ohio, and was a member of the Word of Life Worship Center, Union City, Ohio.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, the Rev. George Hughes officiating. Burial is at Spring Hill Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9:30 a.m. until time of services Wednesday at the funeral home.
