* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Stacy Moor
Former St. Marys resident, Stacy L. Moor, 38, Rochester, N.Y., died April 11, 2009, from complications of an accident.
She was born Feb. 28, 1971, in Lima to Steve and Cheryl Nichols Moor, St. Marys.
On Oct. 28., 1999, she married Efrain O. Morales Correa, who survives.
Other survivors are two sisters, Karen (Michael) Wilson, Celina, and Becky (Kraig) Macwhinney, St. Marys; in-laws, Efrain Morales Davila and Evelyn Correa DeMorales, Indianapolis, Ind., and grandparents, William and Joyce Nichols, Elida.
Deceased are grandparents, George and Joan Moor.
She was a 1989 graduate of Memorial High School and a 2005 graduate of St. John Fisher College with a bachelor of science in accounting. She worked as an auditor for Gatehouse Media.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home, the Rev. Jon Kraner officiating. Private family burial is at a later date.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
