Claude Schneider
Claude A. Schneider, 81, formerly of West Lake Village, Minster and a resident of Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Minster, died at 12:45 p.m. May 20, 2009, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born Aug. 24, 1927, in Dayton to Benjamin and Rose Wourms Schneider.
Surviving are a sister, Shirley Ann Dunn, Owensboro, Ky.; and a brother, James Schneider, Minster.
He retired after 37 years as a machinist from Minster Machine Company and was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster.
Funeral Mass is 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is from 4-7 p.m. Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
