* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ruth McClellan
Ruth A. McClellan, 74, of Ft. Loramie, died at 11:00 a.m. May 25, 2009, at her home.
She was born March 24, 1935 in Minster, to Joseph and Florence Fischer Hackemoeller. On Sept. 29, 1956, she married Norman E. McClellan, who died Nov. 9, 1981.
Surviving are her children, Michael McClellan, Ft. Loramie, Sandra McClellan, Sidney, Norman McClellan Jr., Sidney, Pamela (Charles) Cox, Ft. Loramie, Gregory McClellan, Sidney; a daughter-in-law, Patty McClellan, Conover; a brother, David (Alberta) Hackemoeller, Minster; a sister ,Nancy (Rich) Romie, Ft. Loramie; a brother-in-law, Sylvester "Bud" Meyer, Covington; 19 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Deceased are two sons, John and Nick; and an infant daughter, Mary; a sister, Jean Meyer and a grandchild.
She was a homemaker and retired from the Sidney Care Center. She was a member of Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Newport.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Steven Shoup officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Friday. N.J. Hogenkamp Sons, Minster.
