* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Christina Allmandinger
Former Rockford resident, Christina M. Allmandinger, 54, Glenmore, died at 10:57 a.m. May 27, 2009, at Community Health Professional Defiance Hospice. Death was due to cancer.
She was born May 2, 1955, in Van Wert to Mary Elizbeth "Betty" Murphy and James Bilimek. Her mother survives in Van Wert. On Sept. 14, 1974, she married Gene F. Allmandinger, who survives.
Other survivors are two children, Aaron (Brooke) Allmandinger, Hudson, Ind.; and Stacey (Seth) Baer, Van Wert; four brothers, Jim Bilimek, Van Wert, Rick (Vickie) Bilimek, Middle Point, Mike (Dorothy) Bilimek, Rockford, and Joe (Connie) Bilimek, Van Wert; three sisters, Barb Thompson, Van Wert, Ginny (Darryl) Ricketts, Rockford, and Dede (Rick) Runyon, Ohio City; and four grandchildren.
Deceased is a sister-in-law, Cindy Bilimek.
She was a receptionist for Dr. Devin Laing in Van Wert, and had worked at the Century Trading Company in Van Wert for 15 years. She played and coached volleyball and softball for many years.
Services are 10 a.m. Monday at Zion Lutheran Church, Schumm, the Rev. Jeff Patterson officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Sat. and 1-5 p.m. Sunday at the Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory, Van Wert, and one hour prior to service at the church.
Contributions can be made to the church, the Community Health Professional's Hospice Program or the grandchildren's college funds.
