* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

An alleyway stretching from Echo Street to Vining Street in Celina has caused Celina residents Rick and Diana Harruff much concern because of the danger posed to their grandchildren by speeding motorists, the couple says.
