The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

At 519 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Waynesfield, moving northeast at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and very heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible.
Locations impacted include... Alger, Waynesfield, Roundhead, Mcguffey, Silver Creek, Jumbo, New Hampshire, Walton, and State Route 195 at State Route 235.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.
Motorists should slow down and use extra caution.

Charlotte Lamm
Charlotte M. Lamm, 88, 1400 Queensbury Drive, Celina, died at 6:23 p.m. May 30, 2009, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born Feb. 26, 1921, to Erich W. and Martha E. Lenz Heyse in Klempin in Pommern, Germany. On Feb. 19, 1944, she married Gunter A. Lamm, who died March 8, 1961.
Surviving are two sons, Michael (Joyce) Lamm, Celina, and Peter Lamm, Troy; a sister Hildegard Saylor, Hagerstown, Md.; and five grandchildren.
Deceased is a daughter-in-law, Lora Lamm; a brother, Kurt Heyse; and a brother-in-law, Robert Saylor.
She was office manager for Dr. Richard Dobbins office in Coldwater and a member of Ross Church of the Brethren. She also was active in Friends of the Library in Mendon.
Memorial service is 2 p.m. Thursday at the Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Dr. Byron Hawbecker officiating. Burial is at Mendon Cemetery.
Calling is one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
