* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Donald Freeman
Donald Freeman, 73 of Englewood, died June 15, 2009, at home.
He was born on Oct. 16, 1935, in Celina to Gerald and Leona Boise Freeman. On June 11, 1958, he married Barbara Ann Smith, who died Aug. 27, 2008.
Surviving are two sisters Betty (Bill) Dumbauld, Xenia, and Shirley (Ronald )Stachler, Coldwater; a sister-in-law Catherine (Jerry) Allison, Dayton; and a brother-in-law, Hamilton Smith, Duluth, Minn.
He worked for the Celina Power Plant for 18 years and retired from New Dimension Medicine, Dayton. He graduated from Celina High School in 1953, was a veteran of the U.S. Army where he was a vehicle mechanic and also served in Okinawa, Japan. He was a member of the Celina First Church of God.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Richard Van Horn officiating. Burial is at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina, with military honors conducted by the Celina American Legion and Celina Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
